Cindy joined our team in June 2007 as a Senior Portfolio Manager specializing in both fixed income and equity products. She has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry.
Before Mengis, Cindy was an Investment Advisor at RBC Dain Rauscher, having been with the firm since 1994 when it was Charter Investment Group. Prior to 1994, she worked in U.S. Bancorp's Investment Division where she specialized in fixed income products servicing bank branches throughout Oregon. Upon entering the industry, she was with the local Northwest firm Foster & Marshall, Inc. in municipal trading. Cindy is a life-long resident of Portland, Oregon and attended the University of Oregon.
